This is the privacy policy for the FanFound.com Website, an interactive music community. The Site is made available by Chordcraft Music Company. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of certain information relating to your use of the Site. Your use of this Site signifies your understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Age Requirement for Use of Site
This Site is intended for use by persons over the age of 13 years old. You must be 13 years old or older to access or otherwise use the Site and related services. FanFound.com� is a general audience web site that complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Log Files

Public Forums
This site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Credit Cards
We use a third party credit card processing company. We will only share the information needed to process your credit card payments. This third party company is prohibited from using the customers personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

This Site may request and collect certain personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address through various means such as registration, online quotation requests, communications relating to quotation requests and intended uses of licensed compositions, other online forms, questions, comments and communications to the Site, as well as through postings to chat and bulletin areas, if any. Furthermore, users who are registering for artist or venue accounts will be required to submit a current Drivers License number along with their name, address, company and job title as a testimony of that the register has personal legal authority to distribute copyrighted materials. If you are under 16 or don't have a valid Driver's License you must have a parent, guardian, or manager with a valid drivers licence take responsobility for all uploaded material. �Additionally, we may require you to provide credit card number and or checking account information for payment purposes.��

Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information at our Site, such as Site usage activity and preferences, also known as demographic or profile data.

Profile Information
This site allows users to provide information to a profile that is accessible to other users. We use this profile information for the purposes of providing our services to you, such as to analyze demographics, to better personalize our various offerings for users, or to enable other users to find your profile. All information, including any personally identifiable information, which is disclosed by users in his or her public profile and are available for others to see. To enhance privacy, some information is not accessible to others unless you are a �friend� or a �fan� of the other users. These settings can also be adjusted in the My Settings link located on your left side bar.� Please do not post direct contact information in either your profile such as phone numbers or addresses. We also caution you not to share sensitive information (such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, and driver's license numbers) with other users whom you do not know or place such information in your profile. If you register your Band, Group or Venue with FanFound.com, you may be required to provide us with your first and last names, along with other information concerning your band, group or venue. In addition you may need to provide a biography of your band or venue. These names and bio will be made public on your �profile page. In addition you may provide additional information about your band or venue for public display on your Profile, but are under no obligation to do so. The information that you provide for your Public Profile will be publicly displayed without restriction. By providing such information for public display on FanFound.com, it is considered public domain and as such may be viewed, copied, or re-distributed by anybody who visits our Website. This public information includes without limitation your music preferences and any other information you choose to make available such as your own name, others� names, images, song names and biographical information. You retain any trademark rights of your band/song names, any copyright of your music and lyrics, and any venue names and trademarks that may be associated with your Venue Profile.

Surveys and Contests
At various times we may offer surveys or contests to users. Surveys may ask for contact, demographic or unique identifying information to increase the value of the results. Contests may require contact information or other demographic or personally identifiable information in order to determine eligibility. FanFound may use information collected from surveys and contests for the entertainment of users, and to determine, notify and contact winners of various contests. In addition, users' demographic and/or personally identifiable information and responses to survey and contest questions may be used by FanFound, Chordcraft Music Company, one or all of its partners and/or shared with third parties in order to provide specifically tailored special offers or advertisements. FanFound will not share a user's email addresses with third parties unless the user specifically opts-in to such sharing during the completion of or registration for a survey or contest.

Security
FanFound uses industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected by the FanFound website in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. Further, while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.

Updating or Removing User Information
As a registered user, you may, at any time, choose to correct or update the information you have submitted to us. This may be done by the following method:

1) Log in to your FanFound account on our website.

2) Click the button that says "My Settings," on the left side bar.

3) Change or edit any of the information there, and then click the button at the bottom that says "Update".

As a registered user, you may, at any time, cancel your account by clicking on the �De-activate my account� link located at the bottom of your �My Settings� page.

No Spam Policy
We at FanFound are opposed to spam. Our No Spam Policy and Terms of Service prohibit all users from engaging in any activity involving spam on our service. Violations of these policies may result in immediate termination of service and legal action against any spammer. FanFound�s Terms expressly prohibit users from uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available junk mail, commercial advertisements, or other form of commercial solicitation on the FanFound website or through FanFound's services. Any violation of our policies, by sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through FanFound computer systems, will use or cause to be used FanFound.com servers. Accordingly, any unauthorized use of FanFound.com computer systems is a violation of our policies and certain federal and state laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. sect 1030 et seq.), Section 502 of the California Penal Code and Section 17538.45 of the California Business and Professions Code. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

Partners
We have partnered with third parties to enable many functions including but no limited too MP3 sales, CD sales, DVD sales, Podcasting sales, Vodcasting sales, �clothing sales, ticket sales, RSS feeds, and advertising and promotion sales. At times, while purchasing or reading articles, you may be viewing pages hosted by one of these or other partners - although it may look as if you are still at one of our Websites. BETA Disclaimer
FanFound.com is (currently) �Beta� software. While Chordcraft Music Company strives to maintain all of the above privacy precautions, FanFound.com is not devoid of risk of �bugs� and software faultiness that is common with Beta software. As is made clear in the Terms of Service regarding FanFound.com, your use of the site disclaims and limits our liability with respect to such �Beta� software, including limitation of any liability regarding privacy issues set forth in this policy.

Merger or Acquisition
Chordcraft Music Company may assign any or all of its rights to FanFound.com, it�s assets, data, or any other property at any time, and may transfer data collected or acquired hereunder in the event of a merger or acquisition. In the event that FanFound.com or a portion of its business is acquired, the acquiring party will only acquire your personally identifiable information subject to the terms of this privacy policy.

Revisions to This Policy
Chordcraft Music Company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted on the website, and a user's continued use of FanFound.com will signify agreement to such changes.
